- Free exposure on the bidspirit portal = No listing fees only. The exposure will be on the bidspirit global portal, only for auctions with a minimum of 200 lots in the catalog, and upon the approval of the bidspirit staff. Promoting the auction on the bidspirit regional portals may include an extra payment fee.
- Rebate plan (AKA “Cashback” / “Payback” / “credit”) – Bidspirit may decide at its sole discretion which rebate program to offer. Rebate programs are limited to a total amount of $1,500 per auction house (1,500$=100% maximum discount), and the maximum rebate per auction is limited to 50% of the Bidspirit commission for such auction. For example, if an auction house purchased a full Word Press website for $1,000 at a 100% rebate program, then such auction house maximum rebate is $1,000. If such auction house sold $100,000 to bidspirit bidders at 1% commission, then fees to Bidspirit in the amount of $1,000 will be settled as follows: $500 to be billed and $500 will be credited against the rebate program.
Bidspirit’s Platform allows certain services offered by third party suppliers. such as payment processing, shipping and tax calculator. It is clarified that the use of such third party services is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions set forth in the applicable agreements with such third parties. Bidspirit does not guarantee the quality of the work or services rendered by third parties, and is not responsible for the standard of third parties. Bidspirit shall not be liable for any damages caused to you, in connection with any such third-party services. Furthermore, you shall be solely responsible for using any payment processing service such as Stripe and for paying the respective fees and commissions.
